Position Overview: Basic support role for the Information Technology department. Responsibilities include supporting internal customers via phone/email/chat, troubleshooting issues, and performing setup and installations while maintaining a help desk system. Work alongside team members to assist operations in multiple locations in both US and Mexico.

Work alongside team members to assist operations in multiple locations in both US and Mexico.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first and second level problem resolution.
- This position is based in our Las Vegas Office. This is not a work from home position.
- Handle all incoming IT Support calls, emails, and tickets; triage issues as they arrive and route issues to relevant departments.
- Deploy all new hire workstations and equipment ahead of time.
- Regular maintenance, monitoring, and troubleshooting of all company workstation systems.
- Workstation software and hardware installation, maintenance, support, and inventory.
- Provide excellent customer support to on-site and remote employees via phone and/or remote desktop sessions.
- Assist in the development of network and server infrastructure.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
