What You'll Do

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Designer with expertise in 3D modeling and rendering to join our dynamic creative team. This role demands a visionary professional capable of conceptualizing, presenting, and executing innovative design solutions while seamlessly collaborating with internal teams and external creative agencies. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments, adeptly managing multiple projects with tight deadlines while upholding the highest standards of creative excellence and precision.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop innovative concepts, 3D models, and renderings to support creative initiatives across various projects.
• Create innovative, brand-aligned packaging designs from concept to execution, overseeing material selection and sampling, to ensure optimal quality and functionality.
• Collaborates with the creative team (designers, art director and copywriters) on the development of marketing assets for print and digital.
• Present ideas and designs to internal teams and stakeholders, articulating creative vision effectively.
• Work collaboratively with creative agencies, vendors, and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and execution of project goals.
• Utilize industry-leading software such as Rhino, KeyShot, Blender, or equivalent 3D programs to create high-quality renderings and visualizations.
• Design and develop assets using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, etc.) to complement 3D work.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring on-time delivery while maintaining a high standard of creativity and detail.
• Stay ahead of design trends, materials, and production techniques to push creative boundaries.
  
  

What You'll Bring

Key Qualifications:

• 4-7+ years of experience in design with a focus on 3D modeling and rendering.
• Expertise in Rhino, KeyShot, Blender, or similar 3D software.
• Experience working with external creative agencies and managing collaborative projects.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, InDesign).
  
  

Key Skills and Attributes:

• Excellent communication and presentation skills to articulate design concepts to stakeholders.
• Strong conceptual and problem-solving skills, with the ability to take an idea from sketch to final execution.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
  
  

Bonus Skills:

• Experience in motion graphics, AR/VR, or interactive 3D experiences.
• Knowledge of materials, fabrication, and prototyping.

The position is based at the corporate headquarters in Carson, CA, with applicable hybrid on-site guidelines. The expected annual base salary range for this position is $85,000-$95,000. The exact base salary is determined by various factors including experience, skills, education, geographic location, and budget. This role is eligible for participation in our company bonus plan, rewarding personal performance and company results.
