We are seeking an experienced CX Program Manager – VoC Platform Administrator to oversee the deployment and management of our survey program. In addition, the candidate will have experience in general survey design and execution. These surveys either collect insights as standalone projects or measure touchpoints and journeys across the provider’s experience with UnitedHealthcare. The ideal candidate will have experience coordinating intercept deployment and collaborating with cross-functional teams – including business owners/leads, product owners/managers, software engineers/developers, and leadership. You will help to ensure the seamless deployment and operation of these feedback mechanisms to drive improved provider experience solutions.
You’ll enjoy the flexibility to work remotely * from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges.

Primary Responsibilities
- Accountable to demonstrate extreme ownership for the day-to-day management and administration of the VOC platform including user accounts, permissions, system configurations, directory, automations, and data connections
- Stay ahead of the curve by implementing new VoC Platform features and updates to enhance the platform's functionality
- Continuously optimize the VoC platform to support the organization's dynamic research and insights needs
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience (5+ years) as an XM/VoC/Qualtrics Platform delivery role or in a similar role managing experience management tools
- Experience in supporting large-scale survey initiatives within global organizations
- Experience defining programs, writing detailed functional specifications, and delivering projects that meet rapidly evolving business needs
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with an eye for detail
- Possess deep expertise in building data visualization dashboards to effectively communicate insights and drive decision-making
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JSON, JavaScript, APIs, and data engineering best practices
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills to engage with diverse stakeholders, including technical teams and end-users
- Tech savvy, with a passion for learning innovative technology systems and tools
- Certification in CCXP, Qualtrics, Medallia, XM, or related platform
- Experience in XM Discover Text Analytics or related text analytics tool/platform
- Experience in Market Research and/or the Healthcare industry
- Knowledge of analytics tools and statistical methods to derive actionable insights
