Position Summary:
This position is primarily responsible for creating and revising technical documents, and investigations
associated with Manufacturing Process Instructions (MPI’s), non-conforming product or materials
(NCR’s). This position is expected to work with and assist manufacturing engineers and quality engineers
in resolving issues in manufacturing.

Position Summary:
This position is primarily responsible for creating and revising technical documents, and investigations
associated with Manufacturing Process Instructions (MPI’s), non-conforming product or materials
(NCR’s). This position is expected to work with and assist manufacturing engineers and quality engineers
in resolving issues in manufacturing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ability to translate customers technical specifications into work instructions for the direct labor staff that will enable them to follow with little to no training
- Works with engineers, programmers, and project managers to ensure safe reliable delivery of final product to the customer
- Works with Engineering, customer representatives and manufacturing personnel in problem solving exercises.
- Work with Maintenance personnel and incorporate key critical activities in our standard operating procedures & Work instructions
- Associate degree or equivalent experience in medical device industry a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Knowledgeable in interpreting drawings, nomenclature, and dimensions, with understanding of ISO & FDA requirements.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, fluency in English, and ability to provide detailed information for root cause analysis and corrective actions.
- Ability to adapt to a changing environment and handle multiple priorities
- Experience with LEAN manufacturing
- Experience working in a manufacturing environment with Contract Manufacturing preferred
