You'll work closely with designers, product managers, and engineers to help shape user experiences across our applications. This role is perfect for someone looking to build their foundation in product design while contributing to real, user-facing features.

About the Role
We’re looking for a Junior UX Designer who is curious, collaborative, and eager to grow. You'll work closely with designers, product managers, and engineers to help shape user experiences across our applications. This role is perfect for someone looking to build their foundation in product design while contributing to real, user-facing features.
What You’ll Do
- Design intuitive user interfaces through wireframes, high-fidelity mocks, and prototypes
- Support ongoing product work using an established design system
- Collaborate across teams to identify user problems and contribute to solutions
- Participate in usability testing, user research, and feedback sessions
- Present your work clearly and seek feedback to improve
- 0–2 years of UX/UI or product design experience
- Proficiency in Figma
- Strong foundational knowledge of interaction and visual design
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- A portfolio showcasing design thinking, problem-solving, and user-centered solutions
- Degree or certification in UX, HCI, Design, or related field
- Exposure to Agile workflows or working on product teams
- Experience using Jira and Confluence for design documentation and collaboration
- Familiarity with Pendo for product analytics, in-app guidance, or NPS collection
- Basic knowledge of accessibility, usability testing, and design systems
- Experience or interest in working with AI-enhanced experiences or robotics is a plus
