Position: Marketing Assistant

Location: Huntington Beach, CA

Pay: $28/hour

Experience: 1 to 2 years of marketing or event logistics coordination experience.

Education: High school diploma required; some college-level training preferred.

Type: Full-time; Contract

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM

HB Staffing is seeking a Marketing Assistant to join a growing and dynamic team!

Job Description:

• Coordinate national events, study clubs, and trade shows, including registration and logistics.
• Maintain and update the tradeshow and event calendar.
• Process marketing-related orders for sales reps, ensuring timely delivery.
• Support Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and outside sales representatives with communication and logistical needs.
• Maintain and update product pricing lists and comparison spreadsheets.
• Identify outdated product images and flag for updates.
• Assist with the creation and editing of promotional flyers.
• Maintain records of competitive product marketing materials.
• Generate and analyze Salesforce reports to support marketing activities.
• Assist with various administrative and marketing tasks as needed.
  
  

Position Requirements:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Familiarity with Salesforce preferred.
• Experience with Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, PDF tools, or Canva is a plus.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Attention to detail in both written and visual tasks.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
