Summary: The Registered Nurse for Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) will provide nursing care to clients with severe mental illness in collaboration with the ACT team. Duties include providing clinical services, assisting in evaluation and treatment planning, crisis evaluation and triage, care coordination, documentation, and consultation with supervising psychiatrist. Minimum qualifications include a degree in Nursing and at least one year of psychiatric nursing experience. Desired qualifications include previous experience in ACT programs and community mental health clinics.
