The Health Educator will provide a myriad of education programs to help individuals and communities make healthy lifestyle choices, including teaching people what they need to do to maintain wellness, Develop programming to encourage healthy decision-making, Focus on issues that affect and impact most adults and children such as family planning, sexual health, hygiene, fitness, cancer screenings, and preventing the spread of infectious diseases, Create free educational materials to be distributed in the community, Prepare people for upcoming medical treatments by providing knowledge and support, Serve as an ongoing help resource for patients, Other job duties as defined.
