Corporate Driver - #1405131

GENERAL PURPOSE OF JOB

The Corporate Driver is responsible for supporting the efficient operations ensuring the timely, accurate delivery, pickup, and organization of catering-related items. This role plays a key part in maintaining a clean, safe, and well-stocked warehouse, as well as transporting goods to and from events. The Corporate Driver ensures that all items listed on Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) are thoroughly checked, loaded, and delivered as specified.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

General

• Uphold the high standards of 24 Carrots’ handbook and policies.
• Ensure timely and accurate delivery and pickup of catering-related items to and from events and corporate clients.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment, including the corporate staging area.
• Read, understand, and execute Banquet Event Orders (BEOs), verifying that all items are packed and delivered as listed.
• Accurately check off orders in the kitchen and log deliveries/pickups at the end of each shift.
• Operate company vehicles safely and responsibly; complete daily vehicle inspections and report any issues or damages to a manager.
• Assist with the setup and pickup of corporate orders when required.
• Remain professional and courteous when interacting with clients, vendors, and internal team members.
• Stay on task and work efficiently with minimal supervision, even in high-pressure or time-sensitive situations.

• Reliable transportation and a clean driving record
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and stay on task
• Must possess a current California Food Handler’s Card (or obtain within 30 days of hire)
• Ability to speak, read, and understand English
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding, and collaborative environment
• Strong communication skills for working with internal departments and clients
• SERV Safe certification (required within 30 days of hire)
  
  

PAY RANGE

$19/hour
