- Oversee and manage the daily operations of multiple kitchens/locations
- Partner with Regional Director to hire, coach and develop Kitchen Managers and other staff
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Monitor and Coach operational procedures to maintain high company standards
- Conduct regularstore visits and audits to assess performance with Kitchen Managers
- Analyze financial performance with Kitchen Managers and provide support with recommendations for improvement
- Analyze customer reviews to assist kitchens with service standards
- Solid foundation in culinary skillsand customer service skills
- Minimum of 5 years of kitchen or retail management experience
- Minimum of 2years of multi-unit experience, managing 4 or more locations
- Proven track record of achieving financial and operational targets
- Willingness to travel to Orange County and San Diego County up to 50% of the work week
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
