Legacy’s Job Site Supervisors provide leadership and problem solving on our job sites. Are you a trustworthy, take charge type of person who can manage a diverse crew? Do you have experience maintaining safety protocols and ensuring client satisfaction? Do you have experience in construction and enjoy working in extreme conditions? An Average Day

You will oversee and manage subcontractors and construction crews while serving as an onsite quality control and safety specialist. You will ensure everyone in the field adheres to safety standards and OSHA regulations at all times. You will coordinate all material deliveries for the start of the job, ensuring accurate inventory. You will schedule and manage inspections and permits while developing and executing punch lists in a timely manner. Throughout your day you will also perform warranty work and some general administrative duties.

  • You have your excellent verbal and written skills to maintain professional and clear communication with the clients, crews, suppliers, and internal teams
  • You have proven your leadership skills to manage a diverse workforce, you have demonstrated you problem solving skills to address the various issues that may arise

  • MUST HAVE SOFT SKILLS:
  • Responsible: Show up on time and lead from the front
  • Attention to Detail: Detailed on everything from installation & materials to paperwork & spreadsheets
  • People Management Skills: Excellence in working with crews, homeowners, and corporate employees
  • Communication Skills: A high bar of accountability to effectively communicate in-person, on the phone, and email with homeowners, crews, and co-workers
  • Integrity: We do things the right way and we hold a high standard. You are the person holding others to that high standard.
  • Adaptability: We are working to raise the standard in this industry and we do things a bit different than other contractors. Are you open to learning and adapting to doing things differently than you have in the past?
  • Drive: You must be able to have an internal drive that pushes you to be the best version of yourself
  • MUST HAVE HARD SKILLS:
  • Experience in roofing: Swinging the hammer or project management experience, either will work!
  • Strong computer skills: You don't have to know how to code, but you better know how to effectively learn and utilize the technology we use.
  • Have and maintain a clean driving record
  • Willing and able to climb ladders and rooftops and have the ability to lift 50 lbs
  • Ability to work in extreme weather environments
  • NICE TO HAVES:
  • Many years of roofing experience
  • Many years of siding experience
  • Window replacement experience would be a nice plus
  • Project Management experience in the construction industry
