Role Overview
The U.S. Group Head (GH) will be responsible for establishing and scaling ADA Global’s U.S. operations, driving business development, and ensuring long-term success in the North American market. This role requires a self-starter with a deep understanding of digital transformation, data and analytics, CDPs, and marketing technology (MarTech).

Role Overview
The U.S. Group Head (GH) will be responsible for establishing and scaling ADA Global’s U.S. operations, driving business development, and ensuring long-term success in the North American market. This role requires a self-starter with a deep understanding of digital transformation, data and analytics, CDPs, and marketing technology (MarTech).
The GH will be responsible for:
- Business Strategy & Market Expansion: Develop and execute a strategic business plan to establish ADA Global in the U.S. market.
- Sales & Client Acquisition: Identify & acquire enterprise-level clients to accelerate revenue generation.
- Marketing & Brand Awareness: Implement B2B marketing strategies, including outbound prospecting, partnership building, and account management.
- Operations & Team Delivery: Recruit, manage, and grow a high-performing U.S. team, including sales, marketing, and client success roles.
- Project Execution & Service Delivery: Oversee end-to-end client engagements, ensuring successful execution of implementations and solutions.
- Client Management & Relationship Development: Work closely with clients to tailor ADA Global’s services to their unique needs while maintaining high satisfaction and retention.
- Business Strategy & Market Expansion
- Develop Business Plan: Create and execute a roadmap for ADA Global’s U.S. entry, including revenue goals and growth strategies.
- Identify Key Markets: Research and target industries that would benefit from ADA Global’s transformation, data and marketing solutions.
- Optimize Competitive Positioning: Define pricing, differentiation, and brand positioning strategies for the U.S. market.
- Report to Leadership: Provide regular updates, performance metrics, and recommendations to the global executive team.
- Sales & Client Acquisition
- Drive Enterprise Sales: Build client network and identify, engage, and secure large-scale B2B clients for ADA Global’s solutions.
- Build Sales Team: Hire, train, and manage a team of high-performing sales professionals.
- Develop Partnerships: Establish strategic relationships with agencies, technology platform vendors, and enterprise clients.
- Manage Client Lifecycle: Oversee account management, ensuring long-term client satisfaction and retention.
- Marketing & Brand Awareness
- Develop U.S. Marketing Strategy: Oversee branding, content marketing, and digital campaigns to increase awareness.
- Lead PR & Thought Leadership: Represent ADA Global in industry conferences, trade shows, and media opportunities.
- Establish Marketing Materials: Strategize, formulate, and help develop all marketing materials with the internal ADA marketing group
- Leverage Digital Channels: Optimize paid media, email marketing, and SEO strategies to drive inbound leads.
- Oversee Demand Generation: Implement marketing automation tools to enhance lead nurturing and conversion.
- Operations & Team Building
- Recruit & Manage Staff: Build a core team for U.S. operations, including sales, marketing, and operations personnel.
- Establish Processes: Implement key operational workflows for efficiency, performance tracking, and scalability.
- Ensure Legal Compliance: Oversee business licensing, tax structures, and corporate governance for U.S. operations.
- Align with Global Strategy: Collaborate with ADA Global’s international leadership to integrate U.S. operations into the broader company vision.
- Project Execution & Service Delivery
- Oversee Project Delivery: Lead the execution of client engagements, ensuring transformation strategies, data analytics, and CDP implementations are delivered on time and aligned with business objectives.
- Manage Execution Timelines: Establish clear project milestones, allocate resources, and ensure deliverables are met according to client expectations.
- Ensure Quality Control: Develop and enforce best practices to maintain high-quality execution across all data and analytics services.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Work with internal teams—including data analysts, strategists, and technical experts—to deliver seamless project execution.
- Optimize Service Offerings: Continuously refine ADA Global’s data transformation and analytics solutions based on client needs, industry trends, and emerging technologies.
- Client Management & Relationship Development
- Act as Primary Client Contact: Serve as the face of ADA Global for U.S. clients, fostering strong relationships and ensuring long-term retention.
- Develop Strategic Client Plans: Work closely with key accounts to understand their business goals, challenges, and opportunities for deeper engagement.
- Drive Customer Success: Ensure that clients fully leverage ADA Global’s analytics capabilities to achieve measurable business impact.
- Identify Upsell & Expansion Opportunities: Recognize opportunities for additional services, expansions, or long-term contracts based on client needs.
- Monitor Client Satisfaction: Establish feedback loops, conduct regular performance reviews, and implement improvements to enhance client relationships.
The ideal candidate must possess a strong entrepreneurial spirit, with a proven ability to scale a business from scratch in a highly competitive market. This person should have:
- Leadership & Growth Experience
- Executive Experience: 15+ years in digital transformation, MarTech, or data analytics.
- Track Record of Scaling: Proven experience growing U.S. operations for an international company.
- P&L Ownership: Experience managing budgets, revenue, and business profitability.
- Industry Knowledge & Data Expertise
- Transformational Skills: Deep understanding of CDPs, AI-driven solutions, and digital transformation with tech stack proficiency
- Sales Leadership & Networking Ability: Proven ability to close enterprise deals and manage large-scale client accounts.
- Consulting & Advisory Skills: Experience working with C-suite executives to implement data-driven strategies.
- Project Management Background: Ability to design, develop, manage and execute a variety of business transformation projects
- Entrepreneurial & Cross-Cultural Skills: Self-Starter Mentality to builda business while having a strong understanding of cross-cultural business dynamics including the ability to work across time zones and collaborate with a global team.
