Compensation: $63,150.00/Year - $90,000.00/Year

Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Analyze Training Program Effectiveness: Evaluate the performance and impact of retail training programs using data-driven insights, feedback, and KPIs to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization
- Generate Actionable Insights: Translate qualitative and quantitative data from training assessments, field feedback, and performance metrics into clear, actionable recommendations for program enhancements
- Maintain Training Dashboards & Validate Data Accuracy: Manage and update training dashboards to ensure consistent visibility into program performance, while validating data inputs to maintain accuracy, integrity, and reliability for reporting and decision-making
- Support Ad Hoc Reporting Needs: Respond to varying reporting and data requests from stakeholders, delivering timely and accurate insights that support evolving business priorities and strategic initiatives
Education and Experience:
- Proficiency in Google Sheets, including advanced formulas and data visualization
- Strong experience with Google Apps Script for automation and data manipulation
- Solid knowledge of SQL with proven ability to work with Microsoft SQL Server
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Looker Studio, Power BI, Tableau)
- Strong problem-solving abilities to assess complex business challenges and develop actionable solutions
- Excellent organizational skills to oversee multiple projects, ensuring timely execution and alignment with business goals
