What You’ll Do
- Conduct quantitative research to support the data-driven optimization of Frost’s branch network
- Compile and organize more complex internally and externally sourced competitive data
- Utilize ArcGIS to integrate geospatial data into economic and market research models, enhancing insights for strategic investment decisions and regional risk assessments
- Develop ad-hoc scripts to provide data in a timely manner
- Collaborate with teammates to visualize data and communicate findings to management
- Always take action using Integrity, Caring, and Excellence to achieve all-win outcomes
- Bachelor’s degree preferably business, mathematics, or statistics
- 2+ years of data analytics and visualization experience
- Demonstrated understanding of qualitative and quantitative research and analysis
- Moderate proficiency in SQL, Tableau, ArcGIS, and working knowledge of additional languages like Python or R
- Comfortable presenting data to technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience managing projects
- Proficient in Microsoft computer applications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
