About The Role

In this position you will:

• Operate as direct support to the executive leadership team
• Manage and maintain leaders' schedules and upcoming travel/events
• Prepare agendas, reports, and presentations as requested
• Manage product orders and expense reports for the leadership team, as needed

Key Qualifications

• 3+ years of executive or administrative assistant experience required
• High proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
• Strong time management and prioritization skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
