The Role You Will Contribute

The Project Manager will provide project management and support organization and department as assigned. The core responsibility is to ensure the successful execution of company-wide projects and campaigns by ensuring smooth and effective workflows and meeting established deadlines. They also serve as a primary point of contact for cross functional projects and campaigns; manage relationships and expectations with cross functional teams. The project manager will help develop project timelines and production calendars based on strategic prioritization, planning and resource utilization. This role is cross-functional as it works closely with our internal and/or external stakeholders/partners/clients as assigned. Collaborates with leadership to manage the strategic planning, implementation, and analysis for all projects and campaigns.

  • Plan and manage deliverables for projects and campaigns.
  • Oversee strategic planning and successful execution of projects and campaigns from inception to final product, ensuring smooth and effective workflows and meeting established deadlines.
  • Actively participate in regular newsroom and editorial meeting with regional marketing partners and content team
  • Facilitate strong communication within the team; work with sub-team leads to identify and delegate tasks to appropriate team members and ensure all tasks are successfully completed on multiple projects at once.
  • Identify issues, manage stakeholder expectations, and offer recommendations for creative solutions or workarounds based on knowledge of priorities, development roadmap, and contributing factors.
  • Develop an overall project view with an eye on critical priorities to help move projects along and mitigate issues whenever appropriate.
  • Maintain constant communication with stakeholders and have a firm understanding of their initiatives in their projects and campaigns.
  • Coordinate with in-house creative teams to produce required assets for campaigns and meet established deadlines.
  • Navigate all projects through the appropriate approval process.
  • Lead team meetings to review current projects, strategize new projects, determine priorities and establish deadlines.
  • Lead post-mortem meetings to thoroughly evaluate project and campaign outcomes, KPIs, and continuous improvement efforts.
  • Displays high competency in project management, working in a fast-paced and complex environment, execution of large projects, and working under multiple and competing deadlines.
  • Collaborates with leadership across the region to manage the strategic planning, implementation, and analysis, for all projects and campaigns.

The Expertise And Experiences You’ll Need To Succeed

  • Associate in any related field.
  • 2 experience in one or more of the following: process improvement, project management, or related experience
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both written and oral, to various internal and external stakeholders
  • Ability to tailor messages to audiences at all levels of the organization

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's in any related field Preferred
