Responsible for leading end-to-end talent-related strategies including talent acquisition, candidate experience, onboarding, talent development, leadership development and transitions, and performance management. Oversee effective talent attraction and full lifecycle recruitment strategies for community leadership. Deliver a best-in-class candidate experience. Establish and drive excellence in leader selection, succession, and development. Lead a high performing talent management team. This role will help develop and activate the company’s employer branding platforms, drive storytelling through social channels, train recruiters on modern marketing methods and tactics to attract top talent.

Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition
- Lead a recruitment strategy including job posting optimization, job board procurement, social media marketing, and recruitment campaigns to meet staffing requirements.
- Establish and manage the employer brand, social media, and branding campaigns.
- Oversee the strategy to support the candidate experience (applicant tracking, employee referral, on-boarding, etc.) Ensure the right systems are in place and conducts RFPs when necessary.
- Manage third party integrations within the system. Ensure quality end user experience and ease of use of the system.
- Direct, plan, and participate in employment events internally and externally.
- Provide tools, resources, and training for hiring managers to select high quality candidates.
- Proactively engage with the leadership teams to establish a common understanding of Talent Acquisition processes and service level standards
- Explore new, creative ways of sourcing talent to optimize success by direct sourcing passive talent, utilizing social media, job boards, advertisement, and networking within the Healthcare and/or Hospitality field
- Identify the tactics and platforms that will be most effective in reaching a specified target audience, including partnership development
- Create and implement strategies for building a talent network/talent community
- Plan and manage recruitment media campaigns and newsletters
- Act as a backup for the Talent Acquisition Specialists, perform baseline recruiting duties.
- Support Director of Talent Attraction and Acquisition with organization design and structure, and change management strategies.
- Design and deliver business planning and people performance management process, including but not limited to goal setting, annual performance and merit reviews, and calibration sessions.
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or University.
- Minimum of 5 Years of professional experience overseeing the full lifecycle of recruitment
- The candidate will have a proven ability to work independently in performing full life cycle recruitment, experience with multiple recruiting resource tools. Workday a plus
- Previous experience recruiting for multi-state is a must
- Ability to influence leaders at all levels in and ever changing environment
- Excellent interpersonal and oral and written communications skills
- Strong ability to multi-task and possess strong organization skills
- Intermediate experience within MS Office, Outlook, Workday knowledge a plus
- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
- Creative thinker and proactive problem solver
- Ability to travel, as needed less than 10%, required.
