Your Mission Will Be To
The Junior Operations Coordinator supports the operational efficiency of multiple campaigns by ensuring real-time attendance tracking, proactive communication, and schedule adherence.
This role requires attention to detail, excellent coordination skills, and the ability to respond quickly to staffing concerns and anomalies.

- 1+ years of experience in Workforce Management or a similar support/coordination role (preferred)
- Must be flexible or amenable to shifting schedules, including night shifts and weekends
- Willing to work during holidays as needed
- For internal applicants: No attendance issues, occurrences, violations, or CANDO in the last 3 months
- For external applicants: Must provide reliable references and demonstrate a history of strong attendance and compliance
- Strong comprehension skills and ability to adapt scheduling concepts quickly
- Demonstrated analytical skills in creating mock schedules and identifying resource gaps
- Resourceful and able to think outside the box while providing solutions aligned with operational goals
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Easy to work with and demonstrates a collaborative, team-oriented attitude
- Ability to remain calm and professional in fast-paced or high-pressure situations
- Must have a primary ISP and backup internet connection to ensure uninterrupted access during shifts
- Must have a reliable power source and at least one form of backup power or device (e.g., UPS, power bank, backup laptop or desktop)

Your Mission Will Be To
The Junior Operations Coordinator supports the operational efficiency of multiple campaigns by ensuring real-time attendance tracking, proactive communication, and schedule adherence.
This role requires attention to detail, excellent coordination skills, and the ability to respond quickly to staffing concerns and anomalies.
Attendance And Schedule Monitoring
- Monitor agent attendance in real-time across 10 specific campaigns and escalate deviations as needed.
- Review and act on TD2 alerts across all campaigns during the assigned shift.
- Track occurrences such as late logins, absences, overbreaks, and other schedule-related non-compliance issues.
- Verify schedule alignment for agents reporting discrepancies via email or other communication channels.
- Investigate attendance trends and send appropriate communications or escalations (e.g., pattern analysis, habitual tardiness).
- Draft and send email notifications related to occurrences, attendance concerns, and schedule verification to relevant supervisors or managers.
- Collaborate with the support and operations teams for schedule clarification and resolution of attendance-related issues.
- Serve as coverage buffer for Workforce Team absences and PTO within the shift.
- Assist in managing agent absenteeism, including short-notice no-shows and unexpected time-offs, ensuring minimal service disruption.
- Coordinate with team leads or operations for back-up staffing solutions during unplanned absences.
- Maintain accurate attendance logs and documentation for audit or reporting purposes.
- Participate in daily and weekly team syncs to align on operational needs.
- Support ad-hoc workforce tasks, projects or reporting needs when assigned.
