Your Role Includes:
Supporting day-to-day school operations
Mentoring and guiding staff with positivity and professionalism
Assisting with compliance, licensing, and training coordination
Maintaining parent relationships using respectful communication
Ensuring classroom quality, safety, and Montessori fidelity
Managing communication, scheduling, and documentation
We’re Looking for Someone Who Is:
Montessori-informed or willing to learn!
A team player who fosters collaboration and warmth
Punctual, professional, and proactive
Knowledgeable in early childhood education
Detail-oriented and organized in documentation and follow-ups
A positive presence who uplifts staff, children, and families
Qualifications:
2+ years in early childhood or Montessori environment leadership
Familiarity with licensing regulations and safety protocols
Excellent communication skills—written and verbal
