Summary
We are looking for summer assistants for various shifts for the summer. We have positions available in infants - 3rd grade. Most positions available are afternoon shifts working no later than 5:30 pm. We are a Monday - Friday program and you can request 1 week of vacation during the 10 week summer. Summer positions could become full time positions for the school year. The job involves watching children and keeping them safe, changing diapers in infants through 2's, helping plan activities based on the weekly themes, playing with students in centers and outside. Our summer session runs from June 9th - August 15th with a mandatory training day on Friday, June 5th.
Duties
watching children and keeping them safe
engaging with children inside and outside
setting up and helping to plan activities
changing diapers and/or potty training - age specific
Requirements
Able to pass background checks
Arriving on time
Nice To Haves
CPR/First Aid
Child development classes
Benefits
If you stay for fall you will be eligible to participate in Health and dental insurance and earn PTO and have Sick leave
No evenings or weekends
Government holidays off with pay
