As an Identity and Access Management System Administrator on our team,

you will closely interact with other team members, solutions and

enterprise architects, team leaders, business clients, and business

analysts, working in a fast-paced, highly collaborative, and

customer-focused environment.

\* We are seeking an Infrastructure Administrator to join our team. This

role is open to candidates with a range of experience levels. The final

level (System Administrator or Senior System Administrator) will be

Determined Based On Qualifications, Skills, And Experience.

**What youll do**

  • Administer and maintain servers, networks, and other IT systems to

ensure optimal performance.

  • Install, configure, and update software and hardware components for

systems.

  • Monitor system performance, conduct regular audits, and perform

routine maintenance to prevent downtime.

  • Ensure system security by implementing best practices for firewalls,

antivirus software, backups, and user access controls.

  • Provide technical support for users, troubleshooting hardware,

software, and network issues in a timely manner.

  • Perform system backups and disaster recovery procedures.
  • Manage user accounts and permissions, ensuring proper access control

and security compliance.

  • Collaborate with IT teams to plan and implement software and system

upgrades or enhancements.

  • Document system configurations, troubleshooting procedures, and

other relevant information for team use.

  • Assist with network management, ensuring seamless connectivity

across the organization.

  • Respond to system alerts and perform root cause analysis on issues

to prevent recurrence.

  • Manage cloud-based infrastructure and services (if applicable),

ensuring integration with on-premises systems.

  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best

practices.

  • Must be accessible via mobile services (i.e. text, voice, data)

during non-working hours for upgrades, system outages, and

configuration changes.

**Knowledge/Skills/Abilities**

  • Ability to follow Project Management practices for implementing

projects and changes.

  • Skilled in maintaining technical documentation and designing

procedures for new technology.

  • Capable of preparing system charts, workflow diagrams, and

cost-benefit analysis summaries.

  • Strong leadership and meeting participation skills.
  • Ability to stay updated on technology developments.
  • Proven experience in mentoring and providing training.
  • Skilled in managing multiple tasks or projects simultaneously.
  • Proficient in using standard office software (e.g., Microsoft

Office).

  • Understanding of essential business operations.
  • In-depth knowledge of infrastructure architecture (database,

messaging, security, OS, networks, storage, business

continuity/disaster recovery).

  • Ability to evaluate infrastructure processes and conduct gap

analysis.

  • Familiar with industry architecture standards.
  • Proficient in Change Management/Release processes.

**What you need**

  • Bachelors degree or completion of a Computer Science Program from a

Technical Trade School is preferred. Technical training with

certification in assigned technology is required as applicable.

  • Minimum of five years experience in I.T. and/or application

development is required.

**Bonus if you have**

  • Demonstrated experience with managing assigned technology by

performing regular and critical maintenance tasks within define

service levels preferred.

  • Minimum of four years experience in Microsoft Entra ID support is

Preferred

Azure User Access Management: Strong understanding of Microsoft Entra ID

user access management, including role-based access control (RBAC), user

provisioning, and access policy enforcement.

Proficient in utilizing Microsoft Defender for cloud Apps to identify,

monitor, and govern cloud applications, ensuring robust security and

compliance across cloud environments

Demonstrated hands-on experience implementing and managing

MicrosoftEntraIDGovernance (access reviews, entitlement management,

life-cycle workflows, and separation-of-duty policies) to enforce least

privilege and streamline compliance audits.

Experience implementing and supporting Active Directory Federation

Services (ADFS) and Azure Single Sign-On (SSO), including configuration,

troubleshooting, and integration with enterprise applications

Proven expertise designing and enforcing advanced identity security

controlsmulti-factor and passwordless authentication (FIDO2 keys,

WindowsHello for Business), Privileged Identity Ma
