The Data Analytics and Infrastructure System Administrator is

responsible for integrating corporate data assets from various sources

to support insightful reporting and decision-making. This position

involves working with data, extracting insights, and transforming

information into compelling reports and visualizations that drive

business strategy. Responsibilities include extracting and preparing

data from the data warehouse for one-time requests and analytic

purposes, optimizing data workflows, developing and delivering data

solutions for analytics and reporting, and ensuring seamless integration

of data across systems while leveraging visualization tools to present

findings effectively.

\* We are seeking an Infrastructure Administrator to join our team. This

role is open to candidates with a range of experience levels. The final

level (System Administrator or Senior System Administrator) will be

**What youll do**

• Extract, analyze, and transform data to support business
  
  

intelligence and reporting needs.

• Fulfill data requests by developing and implementing data
  
  

integration solutions, integrating disparate data sources to support

reporting, analytics, business needs, and vendor data delivery.

• Maintain a knowledge repository documenting data sources, business
  
  

rules, and processing methodologies.

• Collaborate with data analysts, business stakeholders, and IT teams
  
  

to align data solutions with organizational needs.

• Support reporting and visualization tools, including Power BI,
  
  

Tableau, SSRS, internal solutions, and third-party products; while

utilizing approved technologies to develop and optimize solutions

that improve accessibility.

• Develop and optimize data solutions using SQL and scripting
  
  

languages for data manipulation.

• Utilize modern data integration technologies, including cloud
  
  

platforms (AWS, Azure) and big data solutions (e.g., Spark), to

streamline data processing and enhance analytics capabilities.

• Provide mentorship, training, and assistance to colleagues to foster
  
  

a culture of continuous improvement and self-service analytics.

• Maintain system performance by performing regular and critical
  
  

maintenance tasks within defined service levels.

**Knowledge/Skills/Experience**

• Experience utilizing ETL tools and frameworks, including
  
  

Informatica, SSIS, and data pipelines, for efficient data

extraction, transformation, and loading processes.

• Strong proficiency in SQL with experience accessing and querying
  
  

various corporate and disparate data sources for analysis and

reporting.

• Familiarity with modern data architectures, including data lakes,
  
  

relational databases, and data models.

• Hands-on experience with reporting and visualization tools,
  
  

including Power BI, Tableau, and other related platforms.

• Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to
  
  

addressing data management challenges, including data quality, data

profiling, and other related issues.

• Project management skills with a demonstrated ability to complete
  
  

small to medium-sized projects successfully.

• Knowledge of data governance, data security, and compliance best
  
  

practices.

• Experience working with operational data in the Health Care Industry
  
  

and a solid understanding of regulatory requirements related to

Health Care Data. (Preferred)

• Knowledge of data gateways and pipelines for integrating and
  
  

securely transferring data, ensuring seamless connectivity between

on-premises and cloud-based data sources.

**Education and Experience**

• Bachelors degree or completion of a Computer Science Program from a
  
  

Technical T ade School is preferred. Technical training with

certification in assigned technology is required as applicable.

• Minimum of five years experience in I.T. and/or application
  
  

development is required.

• Demonstrated experience in managing assigned technologies by
  
  

performing regular maintenance tasks, including updates, monitoring,

And Troubleshooting, Within Defined Service Levels. Preferred

experience with technologies such as Python, SSRS, Visual Studio

(.NET/C#), Power BI, Tableau, SQL, SSIS, cloud platforms (AWS,

Azure), GitLab, and data integration frameworks.
