In this role, you will partner with Chief Business Officer to develop business-critical insights using analytics, ensure cross-functional alignment of goals and execution, and help teams drive strategic partnerships and initiatives forward.
The “Fine Print” – What You’ll Do

The base salary range for this position is $240,000 - $255,000 per year. Where a candidate falls within that range is determined by factors such as years of experience. Our compensation package also includes an annual bonus based on company goals and an equity (RSU) grant. We do offer relocation assistance for roles if required.
Our market-leading benefits package includes: 100% coverage for medical, dental and vision for team members and dependents, unlimited vacation, a 3-day weekend every month, fully-paid parental leave for up to 6 months, tuition reimbursement, 401k employer contribution and more.

In this role, you will partner with Chief Business Officer to develop business-critical insights using analytics, ensure cross-functional alignment of goals and execution, and help teams drive strategic partnerships and initiatives forward.
The “Fine Print” – What You’ll Do
- Formulate and present critical strategy recommendations to Arcellx’s executive team, including our CEO.
- Drive key strategic initiatives such as business development, financing strategy, pipeline portfolio prioritization, and manufacturing capacity.
- Partner with Chief Business Officer to align the company priorities with daily operations and help evolve early-stage ideas into growth initiatives.
- Monitor, measure, and assess how critical initiatives and investments are performing and delivering results for the company.
- Structure complex and ambiguous strategic problems for the Arcellx leadership team.
- Develop a deep understanding of our peer and competitor positioning as well as the emerging cell therapy landscape to inform your recommendations.
- Define clear hypotheses to identify new opportunities and build business cases and quantitative models that will inform and influence our strategy.
- Partner with program leadership, using data and insight to define changes, design experiments, and implement those changes.
- MBA and/or PhD.
- 8+ years of experience at a biotech company, management consulting, corporate strategy, investment banking/private equity, or venture capital.
- Academic or industry background in biology, biotech, healthcare, or cell therapy.
- Experience developing, communicating, and executing business insights.
- Experience analyzing processes, business systems, and operating models to identify actionable improvement opportunities.
- Thrives in a fast-paced, changing environment with tight deadlines.
- Skilled at leading discussions with cross-functional groups to identify issues/solutions.
- Ability to take initiative and build productive relationships.
- Excellent organizational, project management, problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills, with excellent business acumen.
