Job Description
As an Engineering Co-op in the Product Development Department of Continental ContiTech in Lincoln, NE, you will play a crucial role in supporting the design, testing, and optimization of innovative power transmission belt solutions. Your responsibilities will include assisting with prototype development, conducting performance analysis, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure product quality and performance. This hands-on experience will provide you with valuable insights into the manufacturing process, materials science, and engineering principles. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, eager to learn, and possess strong problem-solving skills.

Job Duties
- Testing and analysis of power transmission belts (strength, adhesion, durability, etc.)
- Data analysis
- Specific projects to support Product Development team as required
REQUIRED EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE / SKILLS:
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering
- Minimum of 1.5 years remaining in undergraduate studies
- Must be authorized to work in the US without restriction
- Flexible work schedule to work around school schedule
- Ability to flex up to 40 hours per week when school is not in session.
