Approximate Salary Range for this Role 100% commission based
Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. You’re an aspiring valuation and appraisal professional who enjoys analyzing data, gathering market research, and following a project from start to finish.
In this role, you will…
- Apply your organizational and analytical skills to conduct research and organize market and property information.
- Perform analyses of a variety of property types (office, multifamily, industrial, etc.).
- Work alongside Senior Valuation Associates tasked with supporting appraisals and consulting projects for a variety of purposes.
- A commitment to becoming a licensed appraiser, progressing towards your certified general licenses.
- An eagerness to learn all aspects of commercial real-estate as well as the knowledge you gained from your undergraduate / graduate degree.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ideally, 1-3 years in commercial real estate.
