Coordinator at our Corporate headquarters in Green Bay, WI. This onsite
role involves providing general operational support for weekly and
bi-weekly payroll, working closely with the corporate payroll team. We
are accepting applicants interested in a part-time or full-time Payroll
Coordinator position. The ideal candidate enjoys specializing in
payroll. They would have experience processing complex, multi-state
payroll through an enterprise HRIS system, and be adept at completing
regular reports and audits for compliance and accuracy. Candidates must
be flexible with workhours to meet business needs, which may include
working occasional weekends or holidays to support the payroll process.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and a team-oriented
mindset are also required. Responsibilities: Responsible for accurate
preparation, documentation, distribution, and reconciliation of payroll.
Follows all processing procedures, adheres to policies, and maintains
confidentiality. Participate and partner with other finance staff to
ensure no gaps in service. Participate in payroll projects and supports
associates. Qualifications: Associate\'s degree in accounting and
minimum of 3 years relevant work experience in an accounting or payroll
position. General knowledge of payroll regulations in multi-state
corporate environment. Knowledge and experience working with Dayforce,
or a related Human Capital Management system KI takes pride in being
