Description

Summary

The Executive Assistant plays an essential role in supporting the President of Longs Peak and Broomfield Hospitals, as well as the leadership team of both facilities. This position requires exceptional organizational skills, discretion, professionalism, and interpersonal abilities to efficiently manage multiple high-priority tasks. The responsibilities include overseeing administrative duties, coordinating schedules, arranging meetings, managing correspondence, and facilitating effective communication among key stakeholders. These efforts are integral to the team's success.

Key responsibilities involve extensive calendar management to optimize executives' schedules, coordinating meetings, preparing reports, and handling confidential information with the highest level of professionalism. As a liaison between executives and other departments, the assistant ensures smooth communication and workflow while maintaining a proactive approach and meticulous attention to detail. These qualities are crucial for seamlessly achieving the strategic objectives of the executive team. The position is located at Longs Peak Hospital in Longmont, CO. This position is an onsite role and does not offer a hybrid or remote work option.

Additional Responsibilities

  • Receives and screens customers and telephone calls. Uses independent judgment to determine priority and sensitivity of inquiries and responses.
  • Provides advice and recommendations for leaders. Prepares and/or supervises the preparation of correspondence, forms, reports and other written communications as required.
  • Schedules/coordinates meetings, conferences, special events, appointments and travel arrangements. Maintains assigned calendar(s).
  • Originates, prepares, processes and edits personnel, financial or operational reports and documents.
  • Within the scope of the job, requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgement and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and take appropriate action.

Requirements

  • Education: High School diploma or GED
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of executive administrative support

Preferred Skills

  • Experience supporting multiple executives, especially at the C-suite level
  • Ability to manage complex schedules
  • Proficiency in handling confidential communications

Pay: $57,428 - $86,132 annually. Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience
