What's the Job?
- Serve as the first point of contact for HR inquiries, ensuring responses are delivered with integrity and confidentiality.
- Address and resolve employee questions through the Employee Care General Queue, providing navigation support for HR systems.
- Create comprehensive case documentation and ensure thorough follow-up to guarantee complete resolution of inquiries.
- Utilize critical analysis and problem-solving skills to address issues before escalating to other departments.
- Communicate effectively with employees and people leaders, both verbally and in writing, to foster a positive employee experience.
- Experience in case management, Workday, ADP, or shared services.
- Strong customer service orientation with the ability to manage complex inquiries.
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in HR systems and technology.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
