  • Estimated annual base pay: $61,360 (minimum) - $76/700 (midpoint) - $92,040 (maximum)

Are you ready to make your mark? If you’re a Supply Chain Analyst, we have an exciting opportunity for you. This position reports to a leader within the Global Supply Chain organization. Responsibilities include performing supply chain analysis and business support in accordance with applicable policies, procedures, and business needs. This position requires minimal supervision.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Analyze supply chain performance data—historical, prospective or hypothetical—to provide insights and decision support for the business.
  • Conduct analysis of various supply chain data elements including but not limited to forecasts, quality, delivery, cost, volume ramps, etc. and conduct target and total landed raw material and secondary processes cost analysis.
  • Supports and drives the development of raw materials and secondary processes supply chain mapping from raw material elements through to end use purchase parts and customer level products impacted revenues.
  • Capable of system integration and/or development of category dashboards relating to metallic raw materials, secondary processes, market industry related data, suppliers and related company profile data.
  • Supports and drives development of raw materials and secondary processes utilizing and integrating supply chain indices mapped to parts and products impacted for pricing, risk, VAVE and NPI/PLC use in strategic business and project decisions.
  • Executes assigned project actions, RFIs, Blanket Order Contracts, Capabilities Analysis in support of all requirements and in compliance with internal and external requirements, including government regulations when applicable. Includes engagement with supply base, internal stakeholders, reporting status, tracking and driving project deliverables.
  • Facilitates execution and support of Sourcing Strategy through contract administration, system updates and stakeholder alignment.
  • Support and/or lead various supply chain and continuous improvement projects
  • Facilitates execution and support of Sourcing Strategy through contract administration, system updates and stakeholder alignment
  • Engages with external suppliers as required on supplier related projects, data gathering, landscape reviews
  • Lead and support analysis of complex supply chain problems and provide recommendations to the supply chain leadership team that will be instrumental in the formation of supply chain strategies, cost savings, and continuous improvement efforts.

What We Are Looking For

  • Bachelor's Degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS) required.
  • 2 -5 years analytics experience required.
  • Experience working in aerospace manufacturing and supply chain environment preferred.
  • Attention to detail and data driven.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with cross functional and cross cultural stakeholders.
  • Strong computer skills using Microsoft office suite, financial systems, and ERP/MRP systems. High level of proficiency with both business intelligence tools and Excel. Advanced Excel skills such as Pivots, Macros, vlookups/xlookups, indexing preferred.
  • Proficient with project management tools and methods.
  • Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Critical thinking and ability to manage through ambiguity and strong team contributor. Demonstrate the ability to get along well with others.
