Estimated annual base pay: $148,800 (minimum) - $186,000 (midpoint) - $223,200 (maximum)

What You Will Be Doing
- Developing and implementing HR strategies: The primary responsibility of a Director, Human Resources is to develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.
- Navigation of matrixed organization: Aligning of operations, supply chain and engineering organizations.
- Managing HR functions: The Director, Human Resources is responsible for leading a team of HR professionals within a business unit or region and ensures HR functions such as recruitment, talent development, compensation and benefits, employee relations, and HR operations are meeting business needs.
- Driving Front Line Leader development: Partnering with Talent Development, Front Line Leaders and Sr Leadership to ensure Front Line Leaders are equipped with the necessary skills.
- Ensuring compliance with HR laws and regulations: The Director, Human Resources is responsible for ensuring compliance with HR laws and regulations at the local, state, and federal levels.
- Building and maintaining relationships: The Director, Human Resources is responsible for building and maintaining relationships with employees, managers, executives, and other stakeholders to ensure a positive employee experience.
- Collaborating with other departments: The Director, Human Resources is responsible for collaborating with other departments to ensure that HR strategies align with the needs of the business and support the overall strategy of the organization.
- Manufacturing industry experience required, preference in durable goods.
- Strategic thinking: The ability to think strategically and develop HR strategies that align with the company's overall strategy and goals.
- Leadership: The ability to lead and motivate a team of HR professionals to achieve organizational goals.
- Communication: Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential to convey the importance and benefits of HR strategies to employees and other stakeholders.
- HR functional expertise: The ability to manage HR functions such as recruitment, talent development, compensation and benefits, employee relations, and HR operations.
- Compliance knowledge: Knowledge of HR laws and regulations at the local, state, and federal levels, and the ability to ensure compliance with them.
- Relationship building: The ability to build and maintain relationships with employees, managers, executives, and other stakeholders to ensure a positive employee experience.
- Data analysis: The ability to analyze HR data to inform decisions and measure the effectiveness of HR strategies.
- Collaboration: The ability to work collaboratively with other departments to ensure that HR strategies align with the needs of the business and support the overall strategy of the organization.
- Change management: The ability to manage change and ensure that HR strategies remain relevant as the organization evolves.
