About The Role
The Executive Assistant will provide administrative support to Clinical Operations Senior Management. The Executive Assistant will perform advanced and confidential administrative duties requiring broad experience, skill and knowledge of the organization's policies and practices, as well as, make independent decisions necessary to maintain smooth operations of the office.

About The Role
The Executive Assistant will provide administrative support to Clinical Operations Senior Management. The Executive Assistant will perform advanced and confidential administrative duties requiring broad experience, skill and knowledge of the organization's policies and practices, as well as, make independent decisions necessary to maintain smooth operations of the office.
What You’ll Do Here
- Support General Manager in related business needs and may provide support to site management as needed.
- Support the General Manager in community outreach to local businesses, agencies and organizations.
- Support the Management in the facilitation and presentation of materials for company meetings.
- Maintain high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information with internal and external contacts including the preparation of meeting minutes, notes, letters, emails and files.
- Assist with meeting and event planning including leadership meetings, client visits, lunches/dinners, executive visits, conferences and trade shows.
- Assist with the preparation of business presentations (slides and hand-outs).
- Gather and compile data in order to generate various reports.
- Meet deadlines as assigned; Handle multiple priorities and complex tasks on a routine basis; track and help drive completion of key deliverables.
- BA/BS or 4 years equivalent Experience
- 4-6 years’ experience in leadership support role or equivalent organizational experience
- Must have advanced knowledge of MS Office, Adobe Acrobat and Outlook.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to successfully operate independently with minimal guidelines.
- Readily adapts to new projects.
- Positive attitude toward work and co-workers.
- Be comfortable communicating with all levels of management and employees.
- Easily identifies and resolves problems as they are encountered.
