Cabinetworks Group is seeking a motivated and strategic Inside Sales Manager to lead our growing sales team based in Livonia, Michigan. This role is critical in driving revenue growth through our dealer, distributor, and retail partnerships while fostering a collaborative, high-performance team culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead & Manage: Directly oversee a team of 5+ inside sales representatives, setting goals, tracking performance, and ensuring alignment with company sales objectives.
- Coach & Develop: Act as a mentor, fostering a growth mindset and supporting skill development through training, feedback, and performance coaching.
- Be a Product Expert: Develop in-depth knowledge of our cabinetry products and sales processes to support team members and drive customer confidence.
- Optimize Sales Strategy: Identify new sales opportunities, streamline workflows, and implement best practices to improve productivity and customer engagement.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer service to enhance the customer experience and drive market share.
- Deliver Results: Monitor KPIs and use data-driven insights to continually refine sales strategies and meet or exceed performance targets.
- Engage with Customers: Support key accounts, resolve escalated issues, and represent Cabinetworks in client-facing scenarios as needed.
- 2+ years of sales management experience, with proven success leading a team of 5 or more representatives.
- 4+ years of sales or marketing experience in cabinetry, construction, home renovation, or a related building products industry.
- Kitchen cabinetry experience strongly preferred.
- Strong ability to coach, motivate, and influence teams toward achieving individual and group sales goals.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Salesforce is required. Experience with PowerBI, 2020 Design, or Five9 is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present confidently to a range of audiences.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, though equivalent experience will be considered.
- Valid driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record.
