Analyst, Strategy & Corporate Development - #1409922

Purpose Brands, the parent company of Orangetheory, Anytime Fitness, Waxing the City, The Bar Method, Basecamp Fitness, and Stronger U is seeking an Analyst of Strategy & Corporate Development to join its team. With over 7000 locations in over 50 countries, Purpose Brands’ global reach allows it to positively impact millions of members each year. The strategy analyst will report to the VP of Strategy and serve as a key contributor to enterprise-wide initiatives attributing to corporate development.

PURPOSE + IMPACT (Duties & Essential Functions)

Strategic Initiatives

• Work closely with the VP Strategy and other members of the executive team in driving strategic initiatives with the company’s financial and operational goals
• Collaborate with various departments (e.g., finance, legal, marketing, product development, operations) to ensure successful execution of strategic initiatives
• Establish frameworks, timelines, and metrics to evaluate the success of initiatives and projects
• Support the executive team in making informed, data-driven decisions by synthesizing information from various sources, identifying key insights, and offering recommendations
  
  

Strategic Planning, Development, And Communication

• Contribute to the development and execution of the company’s long-term strategic vision in collaboration with the executive leadership team
• Identify and evaluate growth opportunities in line with corporate objectives, including organic growth, acquisitions, and new market entry
• Conduct competitive analysis, market research, and business intelligence to inform decision-making and strategic planning
• Work closely with the VP Strategy to prepare materials and presentations for board meetings, ensuring that key updates on M&A, corporate strategy, and growth initiatives are clearly communicated
  
  

QUALIFICATIONS + EXPERIENCE

• 0-2 years of experience in business strategy, business development, or a consulting-related role
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, economics, or a related field
• Strong analytical skills with a deep understanding of financial modeling
• Strategic thinker with the ability to see the big picture and make data-driven decisions

• Former internship or analyst experience at a top-tier consulting firm (BCG, McKinsey, Bain, or similar)
