Job Summary:
The Electric Service Coordinator will be supporting administrative service functions for respective Area Managers, Service Supervisors, and Service Technicians. The ESC will be responsible for scheduling in- home service calls, dealing with builders regarding documentation, billing, and various duties assigned.

The Electric Service Coordinator will be supporting administrative service functions for respective Area Managers, Service Supervisors, and Service Technicians. The ESC will be responsible for scheduling in- home service calls, dealing with builders regarding documentation, billing, and various duties assigned.
Duties/Responsibilities
- Monitors and maintains the [email protected] inbox when needed.
- Verifies Service work parameters prior to creating work orders.
- Schedules verified work orders in Service Titan systems.
- Set-up customers in Service Titan when required.
- Create jobs in Service Titan when required.
- Schedule and assign service, Coordinating with the service manager when necessary and appropriate.
- Answer Incoming calls and responds to customer / builder needs and messages in a timely and professional manner.
- Call customers regarding external service requests to schedule appointments.
- Request approvals and documentation from builders.
- Coordinate with internal departments as needed when work becomes billable.
- Requests Purchase Orders and documentation from builders; provides PO Pricing to builders prior to scheduling service work.
- Performs other related duties as directed.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- A working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, excel, word.
- Good analytical skills and ability to make sound judgments relative to inventory.
- Knowledge in the construction industry preferred.
- Ability to work independently.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
- Valid state Driver’s license.
- At least two years of work experience in related field and/or Customer service.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
- Extended periods of sitting at desk using computer.
