Role Description

This is a part-time on-site role as a Front Office Receptionist at iSmiles Dentistry in Westminster, CA. The Front Office Receptionist will be responsible for phone etiquette, receptionist duties, front office tasks, providing excellent customer service, and effective communication with patients and staff.

Qualifications

• Phone Etiquette and Front Office skills
• Receptionist Duties and Customer Service experience
• Strong Communication skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Previous experience in a dental or healthcare setting is a plus
