Position Overview

The Director of National Enterprise Accounts is a strategic sales leadership role responsible for driving growth within a portfolio of high-value, complex, and nationally distributed clients. This individual will lead a team of National Enterprise Account Executives focused on acquiring, retaining, and expanding relationships with customers who purchase significant volumes of integrated electronic security solutions.

Target customers typically operate in critical verticals such as Energy & Utilities, Pharmaceuticals, National Healthcare Systems, Data Centers, Aerospace & Defense, and Logistics, though the scope is not limited to these sectors.

This leader will coach and mentor their team, personally engage in high-impact client relationships, lead complex negotiations, and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure a seamless customer experience. The Director will also play a pivotal role in contract and Master Services Agreement (MSA) reviews, sales strategy execution, and organizational alignment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive new business growth and exceed assigned sales targets across the national enterprise portfolio.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of National Enterprise Account Executives.
  • Develop and execute strategic territory and account plans that align with broader business objectives.
  • Actively participate in key customer engagements, negotiations, and executive relationship building.
  • Review, negotiate, and approve key client contracts, including MSAs.
  • Foster collaboration with cross-functional teams (e.g., operations, engineering, legal, and finance) to deliver customer-centric solutions.
  • Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitive activity to refine go-to-market strategies.
  • Ensure sales pipeline integrity, forecast accuracy, and performance tracking through disciplined sales operations practices.
  • Recruit, onboard, and retain top enterprise sales talent while building a culture of accountability, transparency, and excellence.


Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in enterprise-level sales and delivery of commercial electronic security solutions.
  • Proven success selling complex, consultative service solutions to C-level stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated track record of consistently achieving or exceeding multimillion-dollar sales quotas.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise account strategy, forecasting, pipeline management, and performance analytics.
  • Successful leadership experience building, developing, and retaining high-performance enterprise sales teams.
  • Exceptional negotiation skills and experience leading high-stakes deal structuring and closing.
  • Deep expertise in prospecting, cold outreach, and enterprise relationship development.
  • Ability to build and implement strategic account development and outsourcing solutions.
  • Must be available for extensive national travel as needed.
  • Education: High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred in business, sales, or a related field.
