Job Purpose
In this role, you will support company management by performing a variety of administrative functions such as answering incoming calls, greeting and directing visitors, accepting deliveries, and scheduling meeting rooms. You will also prepare expense reports, and support customer service along with other departments on various projects.

Job Purpose

Job Responsibilities
Additional Responsibilities & Qualifications:
- Operates/Answers a telephone switchboard to route incoming calls, takes messages and places outgoing calls.
- Receives visitors and deliveries and notifies co-workers.
- Schedules and manages calendars for meeting rooms.
- Coordinates and distributes daily safety huddle information.
- Assists with processing invoices, receiving approvals and coding for payment.
- Assists with monthly expense reconciliation and reporting.
- Composes emails, memorandums and assists with research when needed.
- Schedules appointments, reads and routes incoming mail and performs other administrative and clerical duties as requested.
- Assists executives/management, vendors, customers, co-workers and callers with translations.
- May respond to customer requests.
- Coordinates and arranges travel as requested.
- High School diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Bi-lingual in Spanish/English preferred, but not required
