Key Responsibilities
- Construct, erect, install, and repair structures and fixtures used in residential framing
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and sketches to understand project requirements
- Measure, cut, and assemble lumber and other materials according to specifications
- Follow safety protocols and building codes to ensure compliance
- Collaborate with the team to complete projects on time and to the highest standards
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition
- Assist in site preparation and cleanup
- Prior experience in residential carpentry or framing is preferred
- Willingness to learn Elite's construction methods and best practices
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship
- Physical stamina and dexterity to handle tools and materials
- Punctual, reliable, and team-oriented attitude
- No specific licenses required
