We are hiring Facilitating Alternative Day Environments (F.A.D.E.) Associates for our community-based programs in the Simi Valley area. In this role, you'll provide one-on-one support to adults with developmental disabilities, helping them reach their goals and live fulfilling lives. This includes:

About The Role
We are hiring Facilitating Alternative Day Environments (F.A.D.E.) Associates for our community-based programs in the Simi Valley area. In this role, you'll provide one-on-one support to adults with developmental disabilities, helping them reach their goals and live fulfilling lives. This includes:
- Assisting with activities like attending community events
- Volunteering
- Practicing independence.

- Pay: $20.00 per hour
- Hours: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday (9:30 AM - 4:30 PM)
- Perks: Mileage reimbursement, $10 cell phone bill reimbursement, sick leave, and retirement plans; full-time employees enjoy additional benefits like paid time off and health insurance
Qualifications
- Patient and eager to support others
- Valid driver's license (if applicable to the position)
- Reliable vehicle
- CPR/First Aid certification and experience with behavioral support are a plus (training available).
