Title: Entry level - Oncore Clinical Trial Financial Analyst

Pay rate: $30 - $35/hr

Duration: 12 months assignment

Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:30 am – 5:00 pm, hybrid role, onsite once a week in New Brunswick

Job Duties

  • Assist with Accounts Receivables; follow up on outstanding revenue payments.
  • Assist with post-award payment data entry into OnCore.
  • Review incoming revenue/cash each week – identify new revenues received and obtain corresponding payment backups to facilitate processing and booking of revenue to collections.
  • Perform journal entries in a timely manner.
  • Assist team working with central Research Financial Services (RFS) on cleaning up and identifying project source for “unapplied” payments.
  • Other duties as assigned – due to voluminous invoicing, assist with monitoring of requisitions – updating tracker and available project account balance utilizing Oracle reports.

Experience/skills

  • 0-2 years of related experience in a healthcare or academic environment preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree. Additional related experience may be substituted for the degree on a year-for-year basis.
  • Experience with OnCore CTMS preferred.
  • The ideal candidate will be detail oriented, have effective oral and communication skills.
  • Must be computer literate with proficiency and working knowledge of database and reporting tools such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint.

Pay Details: $30.00 to $35.00 per hour
