We’re looking for a talented, and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our in-house marketing team at a well-established mortgage company that’s growing fast. About The Role

As a Graphic Designer at TowneBank Mortgage, you’ll help design everything from social media content to print marketing materials for our loan officers and real estate partners. You’ll collaborate closely with a fun, driven marketing team that values innovative ideas and high energy.

What You’ll Do

• Design digital and print materials (social media graphics, flyers, direct mail, signage, and more)
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously with speed, accuracy, and creativity
• Maintain brand consistency across all materials
• Deliver exceptional service to our managers, loan officers, and real estate partners
• Take feedback like a pro and keep pushing creative boundaries

You’re a Great Fit If You

• Recently graduated with a degree in Graphic Design or Visual Communication
• Have a portfolio that shows your creativity, layout skills and attention to detail
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
• Have knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
• Proficient in photo editing and illustration
• Have a positive, team-first mindset and are excited to learn
• Are a self-starter with a strong work ethic and can stay organized and on top of tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work independently or with others and not afraid to speak up or ask questions

Bonus Points

• Experience with video editing or motion graphics (Premier Pro, After Effects, Firefly, Figma)
• Familiarity with social media marketing or branding
• Worked on campus organizations or internships with real design work
