The Role: IT Manager

As the IT Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind the management and optimization of all IT operations across our property. You’ll lead a talented team, ensure smooth technology processes, and oversee IT projects that support the overall efficiency and success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and manage the IT support team, ensuring all hardware, software, and peripherals are maintained, installed, and repaired with precision and speed.
  • Oversee the resolution of IT issues, ensuring problems are identified, documented, and addressed quickly and effectively.
  • Drive IT-related projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely and successful implementation.
  • Handle personnel management responsibilities, including hiring, training, coaching, and performance evaluation.
  • Keep senior management informed of technical needs, challenges, and progress.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain IT policies and procedures that align with company goals and standards.
  • Manage the IT department’s budget, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently to meet operational needs.

What You’ll Bring:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in IT support, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
  • In-depth knowledge of network fundamentals such as LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, and network management.
  • Strong technical expertise with Windows operating systems (2000, 7), workstation configurations, and network hardware.
  • A+ certification is required, and ITIL V3 Awareness is a plus.
  • Proven leadership and project management skills with experience overseeing cross-functional teams and large-scale IT initiatives.
  • Experience with casino business systems and proficiency in the full suite of Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:

  • At least 21 years of age.
  • High school diploma required; a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field preferred.
  • Must be able to maintain all necessary certifications and licenses.
