Content Marketing Manager - #1411331

The Content Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing content marketing strategies that drive engagement, build brand awareness, and support business objectives. This role requires a deep understanding of the pharmacy benefit industry, exceptional writing skills, and the ability to create compelling content across various channels, including email marketing.

Schedule: M-F 8:30am-5:00pm onsite in Nashville, TN or Bonita Springs, FL

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement content marketing strategies aligned with business goals and target audience needs.
• Create high-quality, engaging content, including blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, newsletters, social media posts, and email campaigns.
• Plan, design, and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, engage clients, and promote company initiatives.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including product, sales, and customer service, to gather insights and create relevant content.
• Manage the content calendar, ensuring timely delivery of content across all channels.
• Optimize content for SEO and monitor performance metrics to refine strategies.
• Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
• Build and maintain relationships with industry influencers and partners to amplify content reach.
• Oversee the production of multimedia content, such as videos and webinars.
• Ensure all content adheres to regulatory and compliance guidelines.
• Analyze content performance and provide regular reports to stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and/or English preferred
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to maintain and develop multiple projects
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Ability to create partnerships with all departments throughout the organization
• Graphic design layout skills using Adobe Suite
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
