Primary Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and efficiency
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar throughout each shift
- Follow established recipes and portion guidelines to ensure consistency
- Provide respectful and attentive service to all guests
- Monitor guest consumption and practice responsible alcohol service
- Accurately complete opening and closing procedures, including cash handling
- Communicate effectively with team members to support smooth operations
- Stay knowledgeable on menu offerings, seasonal specials, and house selections
- Uphold safety, cleanliness, and compliance standards at all times

- Previous bartending experience required
- Reliable transportation
- Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods
- Professional, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure
- Spanish-speaking is a plus but not required
