Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Recruitment Partner: Partner closely with business leaders to understand hiring needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies that support long-term organizational goals.
- Talent Sourcing: Use creative sourcing methods to build strong and diverse candidate pipelines, with a focus on hard-to-fill and high-priority roles.
- Full-Cycle Recruiting: Manage the entire recruitment process—from role kickoff and job posting through offer and onboarding—while ensuring a positive experience for candidates and stakeholders.
- Candidate Experience: Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, providing timely communication, clear updates, and a smooth, engaging hiring process.
- Data-Driven Recruitment: Track and analyze key metrics to assess the effectiveness of recruitment efforts, identify trends, and drive continuous improvement.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work in close partnership with HR Business Partners and hiring managers to understand skills gaps, align on hiring priorities, and deliver recruitment solutions that meet current and future talent needs.
- Experience & Education: 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a minimum of 1 year in corporate recruitment. Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred
- Skills: Ability to consult, influence, and partner across functions and levels
- Technical Proficiency: Skilled in ATS, HRIS, sourcing platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Communication Skills: Confident and clear communicator who can engage candidates and leaders alike
- Problem-Solving Ability: Comfort with metrics and the ability to turn data into action
