The Role

We’re looking for a motivated IT Support Technician to be the go-to problem solver for our team, ensuring our technology runs smoothly and securely around the clock.

What You’ll Do

• Configure, build, and maintain laptops, PCs, and other devices across multiple sites in a dynamic Windows environment
• Provide hands-on technical support and training to end-users—be the friendly face of IT for your colleagues
• Troubleshoot issues with confidence and follow through until they’re fully resolved
• Document processes and technical configurations clearly for future reference and team use
• Collaborate with vendors to resolve hardware and software issues efficiently
• Monitor and optimize system performance and ensure asset security
• Work with a wide range of technologies and platforms in a layered client-server setup
• Ensure seamless integration between systems—file servers, email, conferencing tools, and business applications
• Support cross-department initiatives and take on additional IT projects as directed
• Participate in on-call rotations, including nights, weekends, and holidays, to help maintain 24/7 system reliability and response
  
  

Who You Are

• Strong research and troubleshooting skills—you love figuring things out
• Excellent written and verbal communication—you're just as comfortable writing a help doc as you are helping someone over the phone
• Detail-oriented with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and changing priorities
• Proactive and organized, with the ability to manage documentation and support records
• Comfortable with providing after-hours support when needed
  
  

It Would Be Great If You Also Have

• A.S. in Computer Information Technology
• 1+ years of hands-on experience with Active Directory
• CompTIA A+ certification
• Experience supporting and managing MacBook devices in a professional environment
• Equivalent combinations of certification/education/experience considered.

Compensation

The estimated base annual salary range for this position is $60,500 to $72,534, though a candidate’s base annual salary shall be determined on a range of factors, including, but not limited to, qualifications and experience. This position may additionally be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
