We are seeking a Director of Security to lead our security initiatives and ensure the safety of our organization. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge in risk management, cybersecurity, and physical security protocols.
Position Details
Norfolk, Virginia | Onsite | Fulltime, Direct Hire
$100,000–$135,000 per year + Bonus | with Benefits | Relocation Offered
What You'll Do
Lead all aspects of the casino's security operations by overseeing safety of guests, staff, and property, and ensuring full compliance with security SOPs and emergency protocols.
Hire, train, and manage the security department, while developing team members through coaching, mentoring, and strong leadership.
Coordinate with local police, fire, and medical agencies during incidents, approve reports, and manage investigations involving theft, emergencies, or rule violations
What We’re Looking For
Minimum 5 years of experience in security, law enforcement, or military, including managerial or supervisory roles within a large casino or gaming environment.
Strong background in emergency response, incident handling, regulatory compliance, and staff development.
Must be eligible to obtain and maintain any required security licenses or certifications.
