Infosys is seeking an enthusiastic Scrum Master with proven project management skills, managing multiple competing cross-functional IT projects/programs simultaneously and develop and manage detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, budgets, resource plans, risk identification and mitigation plans as well as monthly reports and overall KPIs for Technical Programs.
Required Skills
- Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Hartford, CT or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel.
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
- At least 4 years of Information Technology experience.
- Good understanding of healthcare domain.
- At least 4 years' experience in managing IT projects.
- Collaborate with clients to understand the product storyboard and specs and translate them into product requirements.
- Sound understanding of Software Development life cycle and Agile methodologies.
- Lead the product journey from conception through launch, managing cross-functional teams
- Serve as a liaison between Business Stakeholders, End users and IT teams.
- Perform User Acceptance Testing, create End to End test plans for successful project delivery.
- Experience in feasibility study, project costing, requirement analysis, change control, Cost benefit Analysis, change management, stakeholders reporting, status updates, IT implementation
- Working experience in Waterfall, Agile - Scrum, XP, Kanban, SAFe project management

- Experience in creating requirement specifications based on Architecture/Design /Detailing of Processes.
- Six Sigma or PMI/PMP Certification,
- Experience and desire to work in a management consulting environment that requires regular travel.
- Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment.
- Excellent communication skills to efficiently manage client stakeholders and Infosys internal teams.
