We're seeking a highly motivated, competitive, and experienced Estimator to be a leader in driving revenue for That 1 Painter. The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys full control over their earnings and provides elite levels of customer service during the estimating process.

What You'll Be Working On

• Provide a minimum of 2 estimates daily for customers using company software and pricing.
• Plan, schedule, and coordinate painting projects from “approval” to “completion” to "5-star review" to tons of referrals!
• Seek and Close Upsell Opportunities throughout the duration of a project.
• Ensure accuracy in estimates and participate in daily and weekly team meetings.
• Follow Up on a pipeline of leads.
• Develop a network and generate leads. This will include connecting with realtors, property managers and other helpful networking contacts.
