Job Summary:We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Public Relations Assistant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in shaping our brand's image and enhancing our communications efforts. As a Public Relations Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting the execution of public relations strategies and initiatives that elevate our organization’s presence in the media and engage our target audiences effectively.


Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the creation and distribution of press releases and media kits.
• Coordinate logistics for public relations events and activities.
• Conduct research on industry trends and media coverage related to our organization.
• Support the Public Relations Manager in developing and implementing PR strategies.
• Maintain and update media contact lists and databases.
• Monitor media coverage and compile reports on press activities.
  
  

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with PR tools.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
